Nigel Bailey – maintenance Guru

Nigel responded when we advertised for a property Guru in order to ensure we provided a better and more cost effective maintenance service to our owners and tenants. He owns his own business, and contracts to Propertyscouts for the majority of our general maintenance work. He has an engineering background as well as a Bachelor and Post Graduate degree in Science. He’s a committed property investor and renovator who’s into hunting, shooting fishing and mountain biking in his spare time.
