This is a studio unit below another one bedroom unit, which is part of a group of 4 buildings- 8 units in total.

The video was taken a few months ago when the units had just been refurbished- the one here is the second one I walk up to in the video.
It has a living/ sleeping space, quite a spacious kitchen area, and a bathroom with a shower and plumbing for a washing machine.
These have all been recently renovated, and this is the only one coming up for rent.
There is off-street parking up the driveway, but it is on a first- in basis. There is usually room for the 8 units to have a car each up the drive, but there is parking on the road.
As you are in close proximity to others, we are looking for people who are mindful of this, and are courteous to their neighbours. Wouldn't be any good if you work night shift really- people above you.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
Move in costs: 4 weeks rent as bond; 2 weeks rent in advance.
$395 a week- move in costs total $2,370.
Do yourself a favour and write a little bit about yourself and your situation when you do your booking- will help you stand out.
Be ready to apply straight after the viewing if you are keen, and be able to pay the 4 weeks bond and two weeks rent within 2 days of the viewing.
