The Christchurch earthquakes taught us valuable lessons about being prepared and so while none of us anticipated a global pandemic we were about as well prepared as we could be for the situation we face, and still do! With the exception of routine inspections and property viewings we were setup and good to go. Our software programmes allow us to work remotely so there should be no impact on our other day to day tasks. The likes of receipting rent payments and disbursements to all of our landlords all happened as normal and our trade contractors remained available for urgent maintenance issues.
