The list isn't exhaustive and sometimes we do additional tasks, like paying rates and water charges, etc. We like to think that we take the STRESS out of owning rental property.

The 'M' word - MAINTENANCE National Propertyscouts
Maintaining rental properties is very important. Deferred maintenance only ends up costing more and if the tenants complain to the Tenancy Tribunal about maintenance the Landlord isn't doing that they should... it could end up hurting the landlord even more in the back pocket.
Landlords concerned about whether or not their rental properties qualify as “healthy homes” can now look to new high-tech monitoring tool for help.
Healthy homes are a hot topic in the rental property sector as the Government’s introduction of minimum standards for rental properties draws closer.
The standards will set minimum requirements for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture and drainage, and draught stopping in residential rental properties.
While the cause, extent and best way of dealing with the problem of cold, damp, and mouldy homes continue to be debated, the standards are expected to be in place by 1 July 2019.
The compliance date is still uncertain, but there are expectations that landlords will be working to get their rentals up to scratch.
