Tenancy Tribunal cases show that the Tribunal is leaning heavily on the Professor Sir Peter Gluckman’s 2018 report which found that methamphetamine contamination below 15μg/100cm² poses little health risk. It’s proving very important where methamphetamine use is suspected to have accurate lab based testing completed and unless there are other grounds supporting a Tribunal application any contamination below 15μg/100cm² is likely to be a waste of time.
