Ingrid is an experienced company director with a love for startups and streamlining existing companies for best results, including franchise management and software training (on-boarding) know-how. While her birthplace and love is Belgium, her second home for over 30 years is beautiful New Zealand. Ingrid is a multi linguist in English, Dutch, German and French with international sales & technical translations skills, so her friendly spontaneous, approachable personality comes with a cosmopolitan twist. European decent combined with a strong kiwi influence makes Ingrid easygoing and passionate. While at times also being straight forward and modest, this combination will guarantee you a great customer service experience within property management. She enjoys a nice cold imported beer on Oreti beach with her two legged and four legged family members.

Jodi joined the Propertyscouts team back in 2016, initially carrying out inspections while progressing into full on property management qualification and industry experience. This allowed her to become the results driven senior property manager she is today. Jodi enjoys the people, the properties and the challenges alike.
Her previous experience as a supervisor and administrator providing a great foundation of people- and customer service skills. Being a born and bred Southlander, she has a passion for the region and really enjoys dealing with people, owners and tenants alike, in her own unique style. Married to an award-winning builder, she is a kind hearted, family loving, hard working and outgoing person, who enjoys the occasional bourbon with friends.

Working in property management for many years, Catherine has a sound knowledge of an ever-changing industry. A previous tenant, landlord and now property manager she has insight into all aspects of looking after your investment property. You will find Catherine to be pragmatic, adaptable and approachable.
When she is not looking after your investment you will find Catherine away camping in the summer holidays, with husband and 2 kids in tow, visiting the beautiful country we have. She also enjoys engaging her creative skills up-cycling furniture or painting.

Angela has been in the Property Management industry for many years as a Property Manager. Angela now joins Propertyscouts Invercargill as an Accounts administration. Angela has a strong reliance on excellent communication and is committed to working together to achieve the best admin support.
One of the things Angela enjoys the most about working at Propertyscouts Invercargill is the collaborative support of her teammates. Sharing knowledge is part of the team culture, so clients get the benefits of a huge pool of experience and expertise. Angela divides her spare-time between looking after her young family and her love for shopping.

Sharon joined the Propertyscouts team part-time as the smiley face at the front desk.... but there is a whole heap more to her than meets the eye! Apart from answering your incoming calls, she is our full-time office manager and viewing/letting agent. Sharon provides an extra layer of support to our team at the home base while also delivering you excellent customer service support and a very high calibre of tenants. Sharon is also our very capable and informative Healthy Homes Manager, taking the sting out of our day to day administration. With a background in office administration she brings a skill set that compliments the team, helping deliver the professional friendly service that Propertyscouts is built on. Sharon is co-owner in her husband's Joinery Business, kept very busy taking care of their lifestyle block and teenage boys.
