Ryan Weir
Ryan Weir brought investment property at the age of 19, in his hometown of Dunedin. Ryan spent 10 years in the financial industry, covering many relationship management roles. In 2013, Ryan founded an Auckland property management company and successfully sold the business in 2020.
Ryan is now a managing Director of Propertyscouts NZ. As a landlord himself, he understands the issues and what's most important to many property owners.
Ryan loves travelling and has an eye for improving property to enhance returns.
Pauline
With 12+ years of experience in Property Management, Pauline is a seasoned Business Development Manager, Team Leader, and Compliance/Audit Manager, skilled in both Residential and Commercial Leasing. A licensed Customs Agent, she brings a unique perspective to the field.
Pauline is a mother of three adult children and has called Kerikeri home for a decade, residing on a 10-acre lifestyle block. Pauline and her husband also run their own Property Inspection Business. Her love for sailing, horse riding, and the outdoors reflects her adventurous spirit.
Tammy
Born and raised in South Africa, Tammy now calls New Zealand home. With a BPhil Honours in Marketing Management, her true passion lies in blending creativity with strategy to create something memorable.
Tammy's love for the outdoors and a very real addiction to cheesecake keep her grounded and balanced. Whether it’s hiking through nature or indulging in the perfect slice of cheesecake, Tammy finds inspiration in the little things that spark joy.

Roberta
With a Bachelor of Business from UNITEC, Roberta has been living in New Zealand for more than 18 years. She has a passion for property, and has been working in the real estate industry since 2000.
Her role at Propertyscouts involves supporting property managers and always delivering a top-quality service to their owners, tenants, and tradespeople alike. She has been with the company for 7 years, and knows our central administration systems in and out. Her proven understanding of the property management industry is an invaluable asset to our team.
Carlo
With a degree in Accounting Technology and 3 years working in finance, Carlo brings a strong background in numbers and administration. Starting out in accounts receivable, he’s since worked as a financial officer managing bank reconciliation, disbursements, payroll and more. He brings a diverse skill set to his role in centralised administration.
He likes to keep his mind and body active by reading books and playing basketball almost everyday. As a self-proclaimed wonder junkie, he sometimes hops on his motorbike and rides to nowhere in particular.
Grace Li
Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, with over 18 years experience as a Senior Sales Administrator. She has a strong interest in data analysis and database management. Prior to working at Propertyscouts, she spent a year working in property management administration. As a result, she brings not only her numerical skills and attention to detail, but a robust understanding of the property management industry.
Grace has lived in New Zealand for over 4 years with her husband and 3 little senior dogs. She loves the wonderful people and beautiful natural environment in NZ.
Rosie Davey-Hicks
Rosie brings a wealth of experience to her role as Central Admin Support at Propertyscouts. With a background in banking, audit, and accounting, she specialises in numbers and has even audited property management companies.
Previously the Head Trainer at Palace, Rosie spent over nine years in support and training, streamlining processes and helping clients navigate the system.
Outside of work, Rosie is a lifelong learner, always signing up for self-improvement courses. As a mother of two adult children and a proud grandmother, her life is always busy!
Archie
Archie runs the show here at PSHQ. With a great love for chickens, he spends his days roaming the office in search of treats. As it turns out, some people are more susceptible to those puppy dog eyes than others (and he knows it).
