Ingrid Scott
Ingrid is an experienced company director with a love for streamlining processes for best results. While her birthplace and heart are in Belgium, her second home for over 30 years is beautiful New Zealand. Ingrid is a multi linguist in English, Dutch, German and French with international sales & technical translations skills, so her friendly spontaneous, approachable personality comes with a cosmopolitan twist. European descent combined with a strong kiwi influence makes Ingrid easygoing and passionate. Her modest and straight forward nature will guarantee you a great customer service experience within property management.
Once out of the office, Ingrid enjoys a nice cold imported beer on Oreti beach with her two legged and four legged family members.
Sharon Mitchell
In 2018 Sharon joined the Propertyscouts team part-time as the smiley face at the front desk.... but there is a whole heap more to her than meets the eye! Apart from answering a lot of your incoming calls when the rest of our team is on the road, she is our full-time office and administration manager. Sharon provides an extra layer of support to our team at the home base while also delivering you excellent customer service and back office support, taking the sting out of our day to day administration. With a background in office administration she brings a skill set that compliments the team, helping deliver the professional friendly service that Propertyscouts Invercargill has a reputation for.
Sharon is kept busy outside office hour being a co-owner in her husband's Joinery Business, taking care of their lifestyle block and teenage boys.
Jodi Watt - Propertyscouts NZ Property Manager of the Year 2023
Jodi joined the Propertyscouts team back in 2016, initially carrying out inspections while progressing into full on property management qualification and industry experience. This allowed her to become the results driven senior property manager she is today. Jodi enjoys the people, the properties and the challenges alike. Her previous experience as a supervisor and administrator providing a great foundation of people- and customer service skills.
Being a born and bred Southlander, she has a passion for the region and really enjoys dealing with people, owners and tenants alike, in her own unique style. Married to an award-winning builder, she is a kind hearted, family loving, hard working and outgoing person, who enjoys the occasional bourbon with friends.
Angela Jenkins
Angela has an extensive administration management background. As your Property Manager, you will benefit from her attention to detail, focus on follow up and no-nonsense communication style. Having been a previous tenant, landlord and now property manager she has insight into all aspects of looking after you, your investment property and your tenants. Angela looks forward to getting stuck into property management, working with tenants and owners alike to have their best experience.
When she is not looking after your investment, Angela is a Southland convert, married to a southern man. Having worked together in the dairy industry for decades, they are starting on new adventures along with their 5 children, based out in Winton.
Liz Hope
Liz has been active in the HR industry for many years as a trusted recruiter, really excited to join the great team at Propertyscouts Invercargill as part of our property management team. She looks forward to the collaborative support of her teammates. Sharing knowledge is part of the team culture, so clients get the benefits of a huge pool of experience and expertise.

Liz has called Southland home for the last 12 years, born and raised in Timaru before heading off on her big OE where she spent 4 years in Ireland and the UK, ending up back in NZ and now calls Southland home. Southland is a beautiful place full of opportunities and great people! When Liz is not looking after your investment property, she is kept busy with her young son, and enjoying all the beautiful places that Southland has to offer right on our back door step.
