Adrienne Turner - Propertyscouts Rising Star Award 2023
Adrienne is the business owner/operator of Propertyscouts Tauranga. Born and bred on the Coromandel Peninsula, Adrienne made the move to the Bay in 2018. With previous experience in real estate and business management, Adrienne brings to the table a wealth of knowledge which enables her to ensure you have the best property management experience.
Before purchasing the Propertyscouts franchise Adrienne was actively working in property management. She has also completed her Level 4 Residential Property Management Certificate and her Level 3 Certificate in Business.
Having a rental property of her own, Adrienne realises that certain qualities are vital to streamlining the property management process for landlords, tenants, tradesmen and the wider community who need to utilise a property manager.
Adrienne and her husband reside at Papamoa Beach and have a passion for classic cars. They enjoy taking their cars to events such as drag racing, show and shine, and track days. To name a few more favourite pastimes, fishing, family time and sporting events are at the top of the list. Last, but by no means least, we can't forget Emjay, the family staffy, who is Adrienne's sidekick in her office.

Chelsea Hayler
Chelsea is no stranger to property management and has come on board so we can ensure the day to day needs of clients and properties are well covered. She resides in the Bay with husband Karl and two great children. Chelsea understands what owning investments is like as her and hubby Karl have two. Having a Bachelor of Business degree from UNITEC, Roberta has been now living in New Zealand for more than 18 years. With a passion for property, Roberta has been working in the real estate industry since 2000.
The experience she acquired through her various positions enabled her to adapt herself quickly to work in property management company which involves interactions with administration, property management, and people.
She has been serving the company in support of property managers and always committing to deliver a top-quality service to their owners, tenants, and trade people.
