New Plymouth Property Management

My partner and I purchased our property early last year. As the property was in Taranaki and we would be in Wellington we needed to find a company to manage it on our behalf prior to our moving back into it this year. Based on previous reviews we chose Courtney and Stuart to do that for us. They have been exceptional. The process could not have gone more smoothly with an outstanding tenant located quickly. Great communication from a professional team. Cannot rate them more highly and we will definitely be going back to them with future properties

Very professional and informative! My partner and I had been looking for a rental management company for a while when friends recommended Stuart and Courtney. They were extremely welcoming and clearly knowledgeable about their industry. They were very patient and very easy to deal with. We certainly recommend using them and we will use them again in the future.

I carry out regular maintenance as a subcontractor for Propertyscouts as a Plumber/Gasfitter. They have fantastic communication and always get work looked at before a small job becomes a big problem. Stuart and his team are always friendly and professional. Would highly recommend their services.
