It is a 5 minute drive from the village of Havelock North and in close proximity to the picturesque coastal and rural areas of Hawkes Bay.

Lane Road is a quiet road and is no exit so there is no through traffic.

The Barn is an upstairs living space that has a generously proportioned living and kitchen area. The bedroom has a King Bed and two King Single bunk beds.

There is a lovely rural outlook from the living room and the space is light and sunny, the only noises you will hear are from the surrounding fields, the owners donkeys, sheep and the birdlife!

There is a lovely private outdoor seating area - just behind a hedge between the Barn and the owners house. In the evening it is shaded and is a peaceful place to sit outside.

Note, the kitchen has a a 2 element hob, benchtop oven and a microwave. There are no laundry facilities at this property but it is just a short drive to nearby laundromat in The Village.
