Michelle is our Accounts Manager. She is great with numbers and puts this to good use by ensuring our landlords are paid twice monthly, that invoices are paid on time and rent arrears are constantly monitored so that we can get on to these as soon as they happen and before they can become a problem.
Michelle enjoys using our modern software which she says makes her job easy. “There is something very satisfying when you get all the numbers to balance at the end of the day”. When time allows, Michelle also enjoys getting out and doing property inspections and conducting property viewing as she enjoys meeting new people.

I have lived and worked in the Wellington Region for many years.
With a background spanning marketing, logistics and retail as well as owning my own businesses, I understand the meaning of great service and strong communication.
I have years of experience owning, investing as well as renting property.
Having spent 11 years working abroad I always had my properties managed. From these experiences, I understand that the client is trusting us with their investment.
I am dedicated to ensuring that our clients are receiving top quality service and maximising a return your investment.
From a tenant’s perspective, I recognize I am the link between you and the property owner. Key to this is open and honest communication, ensuring that your needs as a tenant are met.

Initially trained as a Primary School Teacher, Erica moved on to Teaching Secondary School P.E. early in her career, following her love of sport and coaching. Moving to the Middle East, she continued to teach in an International School in Kuwait, while eventually moving with her young family to Iran.
Returning to NZ, Erica took up the challenge to juggle a young family while supporting her husband in their own retail business. Managing staff as well as communicating with both internal and external customers was a solid ground in developing a strong customer service skill set.
The challenge of being the best you can be, as well as providing customer service which exceeded expectations was key in their business. Learning to address a problem with the question “How can we fix this?”, was a key phrase when training new staff.
In later years Erica slipped into more of an Administrative role within their business, where her eye for detail as well as organisation skills were utilised. However, any opportunity she got, she still loved to interact with customers. Throughout this time, Erica has owned, managed, rented as well as invested in property within the Wellington region.
Erica has a balanced understanding of what a Landlord as well as Tenants are after – ‘to be listened to, to be actioned upon, to be respected’. Erica understands two-way communication in its entirety. She is a proud member of the Propertyscouts team and looks forward to working for you.
