Here’s what we’ve been nominated for:

• Propertyscouts Invercargill has been selected as a finalist for the franchise Pod/Team of the Year Award, South Island, at this year’s TMC25 Awards. This nomination recognises our teamwork, shared achievements, and the exceptional results our team has delivered together in property management. We’re so proud of what we’ve accomplished!
• Ingrid Scott has been selected as a finalist for the Manager of the year Award - South Island. This nomination recognises her exceptional leadership, commitment to the team, and the positive impact she’s made in driving success in the property management industry. An achievement our team takes great pride in!
• Sharon Mitchell has been selected as a finalist for the Administration Support Person of the Year Award, South Island. This nomination recognises her invaluable support, dedication, and the vital role she plays in keeping everything running smoothly in our busy property management office. We’re so proud of the work Sharon is doing!
• Liz Hope has been selected as a finalist for the Letting agent of the Year award, South Island. This nomination recognises Liz’s exceptional results, client care, and the vital role she plays in matching people with homes - an achievement we are incredibly proud of.
• Angela Jenkins has been selected as a finalist in not just 1 award but 2!
  • 1st she features as a finalist for the Property Manager of the Year award, South Island. An incredible achievement and a reflection of her dedication, professionalism, and outstanding contribution to the industry.
  • 2nd achievement makes her a finalist for Masterclass Agent of the Year award, South Island. This recognises her commitment to professional development, industry knowledge and an outstanding performance in the Masterclass tests.

The winners in these categories will be announced during the TPS Awards Gala Evening on Monday, August 25th, as part of the TMC25 conference celebrations.

For those who don’t know TPS, or better known as Tenancy Practice Service, they’re a leading compliance platform and service provider that helps 70% of property managers, around 4000 industry professionals, with day-to-day data and RTA compliance management. They provide essential legal guidance and HH compliance tracking to the NZ Property Management industry nationwide.

The team of experts at TPS wanted to recognise property management offices that have shown outstanding performance, proactive planning, and a strong commitment to delivering healthier homes under the Residential Tenancies Act.
