Didi is the proud owner of Propertyscouts Whangarei. She has a background in conservation and project management and for 10 years managed a local trust in Whangarei.

"I was looking at the management of my own property, trying to calculate the risk of rental income vs mortgage payments and meeting the heathy homes act. What if the tenant does not pay or I got taken to Tribunal? My broker told me Propertyscouts guarantees the rent. The Propertyscouts systems impressed me so much, I bought my own franchise! Ronel's background is in Bookkeeping and Accounts and the Accounts Administrator role at Propertyscouts Whangarei is ideal for her with this background. Ronel processes all the rental income from the Tenants, the expense charges from Trade Creditors and administer 's Mid Month and Month End Owner Statements and Payments.

Ronel is key to ensuring our tenants stay on track with their rent payments because we guarantee the rent paid by our tenants!

Office and Data Administrator

Lucinda is an administrator extraordinaire who joined Propertyscouts to explore her talents outside the office. She has taken on the role of streamlining the Propertyscouts maintenance to ensure that every owner's investment is being maintained 100% and that each of our tenants has a safe and healthy home to live in. Lucinda's main projects for 2021 is streamlining the new TAPI maintenance management program and ensuring our records reflects our compliance with the new Tenancies Amendment act and Healthy Home standards.

Lisa Netto , Inspections

Lisa Netto

Inspections

Lisa has a background in sales and customer services for a big Fleet service provider. Even though she is used to managing fleets instead of properties, Lisa's customer experience, attention to detail and lovely work ethic is what make her a great contribution to the Propertyscouts Whangarei and Dargaville team.

In 2021-2022 Lisa will be concentrating on getting properties maintenance plans and healthy homes in tip top shape in Dargaville and Western Whangarei.
