Janet is a born Northlander with more than a decade worth of property management experience. She loves the people of Northland and it shows through her lovely people skills and good relationships with owners, suppliers, and tenants.

She has experience in NZ real estate, been a sales manager, a property manager in Whangarei and Austalia, and a successful business development manager in Northland.

Janet is a key part of the success of Propertyscouts Whangarei through her skills for organisation and problem-solving.

Ronel's background is in Bookkeeping and Accounts and the Accounts Administrator role at Propertyscouts Whangarei is ideal for her with this background. Ronel processes all the rental income from the Tenants, the expense charges from Trade Creditors and administer 's Mid Month and Month End Owner Statements and Payments.

Ronel is key to ensuring our tenants stay on track with their rent payments because we guarantee the rent paid by our tenants!

Lucinda is en administrator extraordinaire who joined Propertyscouts to explore her talents outside the office. She has taken on the role of streamlining the Propertyscouts maintenance to ensure that every owner's investment is being maintained 100% and that each of our tenants has a safe and healthy home to live in. Lucinda's main projects for 2021 is streamlining the new TAPI maintenance management program and ensuring our records reflects our compliance with the new Tenancies Amendment act and Healthy Home standards.
