Asking Price:

  • Initial Franchise Fee$35,000 (Includes full franchise setup and training)
  • Portfolio Price: $75,000 (capital value attached to the existing management agreements)
  • Total: $110,000 + GST*.

*Funding options are available.

  • Bringing in annualised management fees of $30,000 + GST per year, plus additional income streams.

Skills and Experience Requirements
