Asking Price
Initial Franchise Fee: $22,500 (Includes full franchise setup and training)
Portfolio Price: $39,500 (capital value attached to the existing management agreements)
Total: $62,000*.

- 10 properties, bringing in annualised management fees of $19,700 + GST per year. Additional income streams such as inspection fees and leasing fees fetch around $3000 + GST per annum.

Skills and Experience Requirements
