The Opportunity

Hit the ground running with a secure income from day one! We have a Propertyscouts franchise opportunity available in the fast-growing Auckland area. This opportunity comes with 11 properties already under management. 

Asking Price

  • Initial Franchise Fee: $35,000 (Includes full franchise setup and training)
  • Portfolio Price: $60,000 (capital value attached to the existing management agreements)
  • Total: $95,000 + GST*

*Funding options are available.

What’s included?

  • 11 properties, predominantly in the West Auckland area, with some on the North Shore.
  • Bringing in annualised management fees of $27,237.60 + GST per year.
  • Comprehensive training and support (initial and ongoing)

Skills and Experience Requirements

No industry license or previous experience is necessary – just a can-do attitude and willingness to learn everything you need to know to be successful! You will also have access to the combined knowledge, support, collaboration, and companionship of our entire nationwide franchise network (20 successful franchises).
