Located in the heart of Whangarei, The Wolfe Collective offers high-quality, medium-term accommodation (3 months and up) designed for professionals and mature tenants.

This is not your average shared house. You can rent a single room, a Suite with ensuite, or a combination of rooms if you're part of a group. Rooms are unfurnished by default, but we have curated bedroom packages available through Mr Rental – so you can arrive, hang up your clothes, and settle straight in.

The property is made up of three distinct living zones:

1. THE VILLA – Featuring 6 single studio rooms and 3 suites (double or queen with ensuite), the main house has two decks, the large shared kitchen and a sunny dining area with lounge.
Residents have their own storage space and fridge space and there is spare freezing space in the laundy. The kitchen has adequate bench and prep space, two wash up sinks and breakfast bar.

2. THE LOFT – Offers 4 single studio rooms with shared facilities, easy access to the kitchen and outdoor deck, and its own private entrance. Perfect for 4 couples or 4 working mates to share.

3. The Hideaway – Tucked away at the rear, this peaceful zone includes 4 studio single rooms and 1 suite with ensuite. Ideal for night-shift workers or anyone needing a quieter space, with a private entrance.

PRICING AND ROOM OPTIONS:

* Studio – Queen / Single room with shared bathroom facilities $285 per week
* Suite – King / Queen room wITH private ensuite bathroom $320 per week
